Terms of Use, Privacy Statement and Legal Notices

In plain words

We ask for no personal information and store none. There are no accounts, forms or sign-ups.
The prayer you type is read by a guidance engine that runs inside your own browser. It is not sent to us or to anyone else.
The Site holds no artificial-intelligence keys. Any AI connection is made through butterflyjanataparty.in, which keeps the keys on its own servers.
Your browser may contact three outside services: Google Fonts for the lettering, Google Translate only when you choose a language, and your device’s own voice only when a mantra has no recording.

01Terms of Use

1.1These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website known as 33 God — Pray to God (the “Site”). By using the Site you accept these Terms, the Privacy Statement and the notices below. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

1.2The Site is offered free of charge for personal, devotional and reflective use. You may view the paintings, read and listen to the mantras, play the aarti, change the display language and type a prayer to receive guidance.

1.3You agree not to: (a) copy, scrape, download in bulk or redistribute the paintings, texts or recordings; (b) use the Site, or anything obtained from it, to harass, deceive or harm any person; (c) interfere with the operation of the Site or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system connected with it; (d) remove or obscure any notice of ownership that appears on the Site.

1.4The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at any particular time, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

1.5To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, except for liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1.6If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

02Privacy Statement

2.1No personal data is asked for. The Site has no accounts, registration, newsletter, comment or contact forms, and no payment facility. We never ask for your name, e-mail address, telephone number, location or any other personal information.

2.2No personal data is stored. We keep no record of visitors, prayers or conversations. The prayer you type is processed inside your browser (Section 04) and ceases to exist when you clear the conversation or close the page.

2.3No tracking. The Site contains no analytics, advertising, fingerprinting or social-media code, and no tracking pixels.

2.4Technical information. Like every website, the Site is delivered by a web server. The server, or the hosting provider that operates it, may keep routine technical logs — the connecting IP address, the time and the files requested — for security and to keep the service running. We do not use such logs to identify or profile any visitor.

2.5Referring site. When you arrive from a link on another website, your browser may pass the Site the address of that website (the “referrer”), or the link may carry a “ref” parameter naming it. The Site uses this address solely to show a brief message of gratitude to the referring website. It is not recorded, apart from a session flag (Section 03) that stops the message repeating.

2.6Children. The Site does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children, and may be used by people of all ages without disclosing anything about themselves.

2.7Your rights. Because the Site holds no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or erase. The items kept by your own browser (Section 03) are under your control and can be removed through your browser settings.

03Cookies and Local Storage

3.1The Site sets no cookies of its own for tracking or advertising. Your browser may hold the following small items. All are stored on your own device and none contains personal information.

A flag that the message of gratitude to a referring website has been shown, so it appears once per visit. Deleted when the tab is closed.

Set only when you choose a language from the menu; records the language pair, for example English to Hindi. Removed when you return to English or close the browser.

3.2Clearing your browser’s site data removes all of them. The Site works fully without them; only the remembered preferences are lost.

04The Guidance Engine and AI Keys

4.1Prayers typed under “Pray to God” are answered by a guidance engine named INDERJIT. The engine is a programme that your browser downloads together with the Site. It matches the words of your prayer against the traditional themes associated with each of the thirty-two deities and suggests the deity, painting and mantra that correspond.

4.2Processing is local. Your prayer is analysed entirely within your browser. It is not transmitted to the Site’s server, to us or to any artificial-intelligence provider, and it is not stored anywhere once you clear the conversation or close the page.

4.3No AI keys on the Site. The Site does not contain, embed or store any key, token or credential for any artificial-intelligence or language-model service. No such key is ever placed in the pages or scripts delivered to your browser, where it could be read or misused.

4.4How AI keys are handled. Should any feature of the Site call upon an external artificial-intelligence service, the Site does so by connecting to butterflyjanataparty.in, which holds the service keys on its own servers and makes the request on the Site’s behalf. The keys remain with butterflyjanataparty.in at all times. Any information passed through such a connection is governed by that website’s own privacy terms. At the date of this notice the guidance engine itself makes no such connection.

4.5Nature of the guidance. The engine’s answer is a reflective suggestion drawn from your own words. It is not a divine communication, prophecy or diagnosis, and it should be received in the spirit described in Section 06.

05Third-Party Services and Links

5.1Google Fonts. The Site’s lettering is served by Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). To fetch the font files your browser sends a request to Google that includes your IP address and browser details. Google’s privacy policy applies to that request.

5.2Google Translate. When you choose a language from the ॐ menu, the Site loads Google’s website translation service and sends it the text shown on the page — including any prayer and reply displayed in the conversation — to be translated. Nothing is sent to Google unless you choose a language, and the service stops when you return to English. Google’s privacy policy applies.

5.3Mantra voice. The mantras are recited from recordings stored with the Site, which play without contacting any outside service. If a recording is unavailable, the Site falls back to the speech voice built into your browser or device. Some devices produce speech through their maker’s online service; in that case only the mantra text — never your prayer — is sent. In the slideshow the voice is off until you switch it on.

5.4Aarti music. The bells and drone of the aarti are synthesised inside your browser. No audio is streamed from any server.

5.5Links to other websites. The Site links to kalkikumbh.in, butterflyjanataparty.in and zoho.com. These are independent websites with their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control and for which we are not responsible.

06Disclaimer

6.1The Site exists for devotion, contemplation and cultural appreciation.

6.2Nothing on the Site — the paintings, the mantras, their descriptions or the answers of the guidance engine — constitutes medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice, or a prediction of any outcome. Do not rely on it as a substitute for qualified professional help.

6.3If you are in distress or danger, please contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional at once.

6.4Traditions vary. The descriptions, associations and mantras presented reflect widely held tradition and are offered with respect. They do not claim authority over any lineage, school or personal practice, and nothing on the Site is intended to disparage any faith, belief or community.

07Intellectual Property

7.1The mantras are ancient and belong to all. No claim of ownership is made over them.

7.2The paintings and their descriptions, the voice recordings, the music, the design of the Site and the guidance engine are protected by copyright and related rights belonging to the Site’s operator or to the respective rights-holders, and are presented for devotional viewing.

7.3You may view and listen to the contents of the Site, and share links to it, for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other reproduction, distribution, public performance or commercial use requires the prior written permission of the rights-holder.

7.4Voice recordings. The mantra recitations are generated recordings produced with ElevenLabs speech software and offered as pronunciation aids. They are not recordings of any priest or teacher.

7.5Rights-holders who believe their work appears on the Site without permission may contact us (Section 09); we will respond promptly.

08Governing Law and Changes

8.1These documents are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them or from the use of the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

8.2We may update these documents from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Your continued use of the Site after a change signifies acceptance of the updated documents.
